My style is a combination of therapeutic and relaxation techniques. I work to create space in the body to increase circulation, unwind the tension and restore your balance and relaxation. Every massage is unique as the the individual receiving it. A personally tailored session will be conducted, with a careful and coordinated effort toward your specific goals.
It is understood that a single massage is enjoyable, but the long term effects of a massage are cumulative. A course of treatments will bring the most benefits. A massage restores our body’s inherent self-correcting, self-regulating mechanisms. It encourages oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation and supporting the lymphatic system.
Regular massage can support the strengthening and toning of the entire body, helping to prevent unnecessary injuries and strains that might otherwise occur due to excess tension and resulting structural weaknesses. Massage can stimulate or calm the nervous system, depending on what is essential for the individual. This can help reduce fatigue or stress leaving the receiver with a feeling of replenished energy.
